What's That Process?
Ah! See what slowness gets me? I was writing an article on all of the various Mac Processes that show up in my can't live without tool the Activity Monitor but someone beat me to the punch!
Gordon Davisson has compiled a list of background processes and daemons on Mac OSX. Although not all processes are listed, the most frequently seen ones are on this list. Thanks for saving me the trouble Gordon!
