MacBook Pro: No Battery=Less Heat?
Interesting observation on the InCrew.com forums! A user reported that taking the battery out of the MacBook Pro lowered the temperature of the unit. An InCrew moderator further commented that removing the memory cover lowers the temperature even more due to the wattage on the 667Mhz DIMMS used by the MacBooks . Interesting stuff.
